Can I change or cancel my order once its been placed?

  • No problem. If your order hasn’t already shipped, we can easily assist you with changing or cancelling. Please call our Customer Service at 1-800-FOR-BARK and they’ll be willing and able to help you out.
  • If your order has already be shipped out,we can cancel it through the parcel service, however, you must pay the cost of shipping. Once we have received the order, the remaining balance of your order will be credited back to your account.
  • If you want to cancel your order and you have already received it, you must pay the cost of shipping to have your order sent back to our warehouse. nce we have received the order, the remaining balance of your order will be credited back to your account.

What happens if my order is out of stock?

  • We strive to keep a vast inventory of our products in stock. However, in the case that we have a shortage, we will be sure to notify you via email that the item from your order has been backordered. This email will also provide an estimated date for when your item should be back in stock for us to ship out.
  • While on backorder, your item will be put on hold for you until it is replenished and ready to ship. This can usually take anywhere from 3-4 weeks. We appreciate your patience and thank you in advance.

When will I be charged for my order?

  • We will only charge your account when your order is ready to be shipped.

How will I know you’ve received my order?

  • Once your order has been placed online, you will be sent an email notification to let you know that we’ve received your order. You will also receive a copy of the details of your order for review.
  • When your order is ready to be shipped, you will be notified again so you know when to expect your order.
